The infinity pool is private for the guests in the main house, All other units have shared access ti the lower pool.

The closest beach is Marias, which is great for surfing or a nice beach walk. Its about a 1 min drive or 4 minute walk, however the walk home is uphill. From Marias the next beach is Indicators then Domes, both mainly for surfing or laying out. If you are looking for a sand bottom beach for swimming the Marina beach and Sandy Beach are the best options, they are about a 3 minute drive from Fisheye. 

Fisheye is conveniently located in the heart of Puntas. At the bottom of our driveway is Beach House, a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch dinner everyday. A little further down the hill (5 minute walk) is Marias beach. Marias is a great surfing beach, you can rent boards from Road 2 Happiness right on the beach. Also located at Marias is you Stoked coffee shop, Calypso cafe, and 2 retail shops. From Marias there is an awesome walking trail that heads north towards Domes or South towards the Marina Beach. To get back to Fisheye you will have to walk up our hill so keep that in mind. 

Yes. There is no Uber in Rincon, and taxis are not frequent although you can call to schedule them for drop off/pick up to airport or other activities. Even though Rincon is a small town, walking from A to B isnt ideal given the hilly terrain. Not to mention if you are here for a few days you will definitely want to explore the beauty outside of Rincon. 

When a reservation is booked if it is more than a month away we will ask for 1/3 deposit, this amount is refundable up until a month prior to your stay, after which it is not refundable. A second deposit will be required 1 month prior to your stay, this amount is non-refundable. If you book your stay with less than a months notice we ask for 1/2 deposit, this amount is non-refundable. All remaining balances due and cleaning fees are due upon arrival.

Yes, Kids are welcome at Fisheye View except in the Wheelhouse. Children must be supervised at all times especially on the pool decks. Of the apartments, the most kid friendly unit is Apartment B due to the porch being enclosed and its proximity to the pool. The main house is also kid friendly, however we ask that you please take note that the railing on the porch is not closed off, arrangements can be made to temporarily close off the railing please ask us about this. 

We do, please ask us to reserve it when you are booking as we only have one. We also have a booster seat available.

The wheelhouse and the Main house both require going up and down flights of stairs to access the units. The Apartments on the bottom floor do not have any stairs and can be more easily accessed.
